On the facial side, the menu includes microdermabrasion with diamond tips, which can be repeated every 10 days for six sessions and then monthly. The SoLift Hydro Facial is a crystal-free hydrodermabrasion treatment. Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair, and glycolic and salicylic peels are offered, with the salicylic peel offered for acne. The Distinctive Facial includes extractions and a light massage, and the Teen Facial runs 40 minutes and includes skin care education for teens.

Massage options range from the 30-minute Sinus Relief Massage and Distinctive Massage, which includes aromatherapy and warm towels, to longer sessions such as hot stone, warm bamboo, and cupping. Trigger Point Therapy is described by the studio as releasing tight muscles and trigger points to address pain, and is often booked as a series. Prenatal massage requires written approval from the client's doctor. The M'Lis Contour Body Wrap is offered as a single wrap or paired with a facial, and clients taking niacin supplements or niacin-containing products must lower their niacin levels beforehand. Reflexology, scalp massage, or a salt or sugar scrub can be added to any massage, and warm bamboo tools are an option for an additional fee.

Booking policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full fee. During busy times, holidays, and weekends, a gift card or prepayment may be required to hold an appointment. Late arrivals may have services shortened or rescheduled. New clients should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete forms. Children are welcome only while receiving services. Gift certificates can be bought online at any time, though network-branded gift cards are not accepted.
