The studio works with three extension styles: Classic, which places one silk lash on each natural lash; Hybrid, which mixes single lashes with 2D to 15D volume fans; and Volume, which uses handmade 2D to 15D fans made of 2 to 15 silk lashes. Fan sizes are chosen to suit the look wanted and the condition of the natural lashes, and very large or long fans are not used.

A first visit starts with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through the desired look and get recommendations. If natural lashes cannot hold the requested look, the studio offers a design that keeps them healthy instead. Fills are generally needed every two to three weeks, during which grown-out extensions are removed and new silk extensions are placed. Before clients leave, the studio reviews aftercare and provides an aftercare kit. The studio notes that lifestyle, sleep habits, makeup and skin type all affect how long extensions last.

Clients coming from another salon can book a fill if enough of their natural lashes remain in good condition, which is assessed at a free consultation. Requirements differ by style: at least 40% for Classic and Volume, and 30% for Hybrid. If the existing extensions do not meet the requirements, the studio removes them and applies a full set. Pricing for these fills is by contact.

Keeping natural lashes healthy is a stated priority, and fan sizes are picked with that in mind.
