The practice holds that health is more than the absence of illness. It states that homeopathy has been used effectively for over 200 years, and it is clear that homeopathy does not diagnose or treat disease.
Nearly all client appointments are conducted remotely. Constitutional care intakes are virtual: the practitioner reviews past and present symptoms to match a selected remedy. The adult intake runs two hours and the children's intake under 12 runs one hour and 30 minutes, and the intake fee includes email follow-up as needed for six weeks after the first remedy dose. Follow-up sessions are offered as single or extended appointments, the extended rate for scheduling more than one family member. Local Minnesota clients can request an in-person meeting by email.
Acute care covers everyday complaints such as colds, flu, bug bites, food poisoning, ear infections, teething, and sprains or first aid for injuries. Illness that needs more immediate attention calls for contacting the practitioner to schedule a phone call. Skincare consultations last 30 minutes and cover current skin concerns and the products already in use, with individualized product recommendations.
