The studio says it aims for results that feel sustainable and treatments that feel calming. It states that it does not overpromise and will not sell a product or service a client doesn't need. Home care product recommendations are provided after facials to help maintain results. The online shop sells about 62 skincare products, including cleansers, moisturizers, serums, toners, SPF, eye treatments and exfoliants.

Acne Bootcamp is a program for clearing acne without prescription medication. It starts with an in-person consultation that includes an intake form, sensitivity testing and a first acne treatment, and the first visit is priced at $125 with a $50 product credit. Homecare is a customized Face Reality regimen, built around a list of lifestyle considerations and pore-clogging ingredients to check against current products. Acne treatments combine an enzyme or peel, extractions when needed, and high frequency and LED light therapy, and they can be done through email check-ins if in-person visits are not possible. A Custom Facial can be added to the program. The studio states that acne cannot be cured, only controlled, and it describes clear skin in three to four months as possible. Clients who are pregnant or nursing can take part, with some peels, modalities and products avoided, and the studio encourages sharing program details with a doctor.

Booking is online through the studio's Square booking site, and a waitlist is kept for future dates or cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients should arrive no more than 10 minutes early. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and the full price still applies if the service is shortened; arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and are treated as late cancellations. Guests and children not receiving a service are asked to stay home when possible. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash, and change cannot be given for cash. Services and opened retail products are final sale. Concerns about a service or an unexpected reaction should be raised within 72 hours. For waxing or sugaring, clients should have about 1/4 inch of growth, arrive with clean skin, avoid lotions, oils or numbing products on the area, and mention any medication or skincare changes beforehand.
