Haven Beauty Collective operates at 14729 Excelsior Blvd in Minnetonka as a collective of independent artists. Each artist runs a separate business inside the studio, and the open-concept space lets clients move between services in one location. The studio serves clients from Minneapolis, Eden Prairie, Wayzata and across Minnesota, and its makeup services are offered across the Twin Cities, including St. Paul and Minnetonka.

The studio was founded by Julie Phaxay, an artist with 16 years of experience in the beauty industry. Artists also offer lash extensions and lifts, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser brow removal, spray tanning and bridal, event, commercial and headshot makeup.

The studio describes its style as a blend of luxury and approachability, and says its philosophy is rooted in kindness and compassion. The aim of its beauty work is to help clients look more like themselves. The makeup team has more than 25 years of combined experience, according to the salon, and the studio says it has worked with clients including Target, Lifetime Fitness, 3M, Evereve, Sleep Number and Prince.

Booking, pricing and service questions go to the individual artist. The studio also rents suites to beauty professionals on a full-time or part-time basis.
