Color services cover toning, root touch ups, all-over color, modern blonding, corrective color work for earlier color services that did not turn out as wanted, and fantasy color. Fantasy color is a double process using bright or pastel shades, and its price varies. Modern blonding includes lightening, one or more toners and Olaplex.

An extension visit often starts with a consultation of about half an hour, which covers hair assessment, extension options, upkeep and an estimate. New clients are asked for a $50 deposit, which is the consultation fee itself. Sew-in weft installations take around two hours and need maintenance every four to six weeks. One-day sew-in extension training costs $650, takes about five hours, is taught one-on-one, and requires a $200 deposit.

Hours are Monday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and the salon is closed on weekends. A $50 non-refundable booking fee holds an appointment date and time. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
