The menu covers women's haircuts, hair washing and basic styling, and children's haircuts for ages 10 and under. The color menu ranges from basic root touch-ups and single-process color to highlights, balayage, global bleaching and color correction. Standard color is limited to basic shades, while vivid fashion color, which may need pre-lightening, requires regular refresh visits.

Hair extensions are offered as tape-ins, hand tied wefts and iTip placements, and new extension clients must have a consultation first to match color, choose a method and talk through care. The studio also offers Brazilian Blowout, which it describes as a non-permanent treatment rather than a keratin straightening, and Keratin Complex. Makeup comes in three levels, from soft everyday glam to high-impact looks with dramatic lashes. Hairstyling and makeup can be done at a client's location for a house call fee, and special event bookings may have a minimum headcount.

Deposits of $15 to $50 are required to book and count toward the service total, but they are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another person. One reschedule is allowed with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and cancellations with 12 hours or less notice are charged in full. Clients may pay by cash, card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for approved bookings from $50 to $4,000.
