Waxing is the center of the menu. Hard wax is used for sensitive areas and soft wax for legs and arms. Services include Brazilian waxing, brow waxing with the eyebrows shaped afterward and powder applied to define them, and gender neutral bleaching. Eyelash extensions at the Fontana location come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with fill appointments, color add-ons and removal.

Before a visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice, and to wait two weeks after shaving or using a hair removal cream. Antibiotics and topical lotions with retinol or skin-thinning agents should be stopped seven days ahead. Clients fill out a consent form online when they arrive or are sent a link to it. Waxing is generally recommended every four to six weeks, and some clients come every three weeks. Monthly waxing memberships are available.

Appointments can be cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations on shorter notice or no-shows are charged a $35 fee per service booked to the card on file. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since there is a five-minute late policy, and to call if they will be late so the appointment can be adjusted.

The shop also sells skincare products, including scrubs, shower gels, facial products, oils, lotions and hand sanitizer.
