Every guest starts with a consultation so the stylist can tailor the service to their hair, daily routine and goals. First-time extension guests begin with the Signature Consultation & Curation, which can be done in the studio or virtually and runs at least 30 minutes. If a guest books a service within 30 days, the consultation fee goes toward it.

Extension options range from keratin bond installations to weft, tape-in and hybrid methods that combine more than one technique. The Fusion Collection, a keratin bond service, includes 200g of extensions in 16 to 22 inch lengths, with texture matching, placement, custom color matching, cutting and styling. Fusion pricing depends on length, density and customization, and removals done before a new Fusion installation are included in that appointment.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers custom color, healthy hair treatments under The Foundation Collection, add-on services such as restorative treatments, finishing and density upgrades, seasonal protective styles including knotless braids, twists and crochet installations, and wig installation with professional care and color. Wedding services are quoted individually based on date, location, party size, services and timeline.

Booking runs on a non-refundable retainer that is applied to the final total. Appointment changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule to a new date within 30 days. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook, and missed appointments without notice forfeit the retainer. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday and on Saturday morning, and gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value.
