The studio has a Pasadena location at 2237 E Colorado Blvd, Unit B102, and a South Pasadena location at 1907 Fremont Ave. The Pasadena studio is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day of the week.

Services are grouped into lash extensions and lash removal. Extensions run from a bottom-lash application at $38 to Russian or mega volume full sets at $168, and each service lists its appointment length. Refills cost less than full sets across the styles listed.

New clients who have not chosen a style can book a New Client Eyelash Extension, priced by consultation, where the style is designed during a two-hour appointment. Return clients whose extensions were applied at the studio can have removal for $5. New clients from other salons can have removal for $15, but only when booking a full set, since removal-only appointments are not offered.

Refill timing depends on the style. Classic Mink, 2D/Hybrid and 3D Premade Fans refills are generally due within four weeks, when 35% to 40% of extensions remain. 3D Handmade Volume refills are also due within four weeks. Natural Anime and Volume Anime refills are due within three weeks, since those styles are harder to maintain.

Clients should avoid water for eight hours after a service, and anyone with permed lashes should consult the studio before booking. A $25 fee applies to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $20, $50, $80, $100 or a custom amount.

The studio is an open space, so clients are asked to help keep it calm for everyone.
