Clients book through the salon's GlossGenius page, and questions can be sent through a contact form on the website, which reaches Monica M by email. A free 30-minute consultation is available, and pricing for color, balayage, keratin and lightener is talked through there before any service begins. First-time double process lightener clients need a consultation, and a consultation form is recommended before a first keratin service. Extension adjustments require an online consultation form or an in-person consultation beforehand.
Starting prices are listed for each service. Balayage and highlights carry extra charges for additional lightener, toners, base bumps and treatments, and double process lightener can include an optional Bond Builder add-on. Shampoo and blow dry is priced for shoulder length, with a $20 upcharge for longer hair or hair with extensions. Keratin can carry an upcharge if more product is needed based on hair length and density. Event styling is done on dry hair for long wear and is not booked on the same day as a shampoo and blow dry. New clients booking event styling pay a $50 deposit.
The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Wednesday and Saturday. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead earns a full refund of the deposit. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
