The extension menu covers K-Tips, which are fused strand by strand; i-Tips, also called microlinks or beaded strands, which go in without heat or glue; Tape-Ins; California Weaves made with beaded wefts and no braids; hybrid installations that combine two methods; UV light extensions for adding volume at the hairline or filling leave-out areas; and clip-ins. Extensions come in natural brown by default, and Exotic Blonde adds $50 per bundle. Extension coloring starts at $65 per bundle and needs drop-off two to three days before the service.

Hair replacement includes custom cranial prosthetics and medical units made to match a client's natural texture, density and scalp needs, along with non-surgical options starting at $599 for people with hair loss from conditions such as alopecia, chemotherapy or autoimmune disorders. The salon became a certified Durable Medical Equipment Provider in 2022, which lets it bill medical insurance for medical wigs, and in 2024 it partnered with the Veterans Affairs to provide fully funded hair replacements to veterans. Insurance coverage should be verified with the insurer first, and VA benefits require a referral from a primary care physician.

Every extension and hair replacement service starts with a consultation, and consultations never fall on the same day as an installation. In-person consultations assess texture, density, color and the grams of hair needed to choose a method, while virtual consultations use guided photos. Both include a personalized price quote. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 8:00am to 5:45pm, Thursday and Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm, with Sunday closed. Scheduling is done online and closes 24 hours before the appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted, and squeeze-ins booked by phone carry a $100 fee. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the service price, and appointments on recognized holidays carry a $50 fee.

The salon also offers extension training for licensed stylists, in person and virtually, in small groups of two or three. Courses cover fusion methods (K-Tip and tape-in), beaded methods (California weave and i-Tip) and combination courses. It also offers commission-based positions and private suites for licensed beauty professionals in Indiana, along with a 3 to 6 month internship.
