Music memorabilia, including instruments, costumes and handwritten notes, is displayed throughout the property.

Rooms range from studios with a king bed or two queens and a workstation, to Float Studios with an outdoor patio, to ADA studios with roll-in showers and closed-caption TVs. Hard Rock Suites add a separate living area, two 47-inch TVs, a walk-in glass shower and a stocked minibar. The 17 VIP Rock Star Suites span 470 to 1,200 square feet, sleep up to five, and some have private terraces with city views. Those guests get Rock Royalty Lounge access for their stay, private concierge service and VIP check-in with a beverage, offered as part of the suite or as an add-on when booking.

Dining is spread across four venues. 207 Bar offers craft beer, specialty cocktails and regionally inspired plates such as a Salmon BLT and Birria Tacos, with an outdoor patio, screens for sports, and live music on some Fridays. Float Rooftop Bar and Lounge sits on the roof with views over the Gaslamp Quarter, daybeds and cabanas by day, fire pits after sunset, and a Sunset Social on Fridays.

Guests can borrow Fender guitars, choose a Taylor guitar delivered to the room, and play vinyl on a Crosley turntable through the Sound of Your Stay program. The All-Access Pass offers discounts at partnering restaurants and the Rock Shop.

The hotel hosts meetings, social events, parties and weddings, with about 40,000 square feet of event space and a venue floor plan available. Guests should note that the primary registered guest must be 21 or older to check in and that stays require an incidental hold of at least $150 per night.
