Appointments are required. Clients can request a booking online at any time, and each appointment is confirmed by text message. The shop is open Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm, Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and Thursday from noon to 6 pm. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Haircut options run from a buzz cut and a children's cut for ages 10 and under to a scissor cut all over, which begins with a consultation and includes a scalp rub and shampoo. The OG Haircut is a regular cut with a straight razor on the neck, a hot towel and styling if wanted, and it does not include bald fades. Bald fades are a separate service, the Skin/Bald Fade, done with a straight razor and hot towel. The site also lists a bald fade package of five for $150.

For facial hair, a beard trim uses a clipper or trimmer with a guard and is lined up only, while a detailed trim adds scissors and trimmer work. The shaves use hot towels, a facial steamer and EZ Blade products.
