The studio opened in May 2023 and is run by its owner and esthetician, Kristina, who works with each client one-on-one. Clients book by text only at 631-572-6016, as the business does not take calls during appointments. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, with the studio closed Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.

Each facial starts with a conversation about the client's skin, lifestyle and recent concerns, and the treatment is shaped from that. Most facials include roughly 30 to 45 minutes of massage, with targeted options such as nano infusion or cryopeptide masks. The treatment room has a heated bed with leg support and a softly lit space with a couch for belongings, and the music, scent and lighting are chosen to help clients relax.

The menu starts with the 60-minute Mini Lymphatic Lift and The Refresh 60, both $275. The 90-minute Lymphatic Lift Extended is $350 and the 90-minute Face Lift 90 is $420, while the 120-minute Face Lift 120 is $500. The Mini Lymphatic Lift is the recommended first visit. The Refresh 60 is skin-focused with no massage, and the Face Lift 120 includes extractions and is described by the business as its most dramatic lifting and sculpting facial, which it says can reduce the appearance of a double chin. The Mini Lymphatic Lift can also be adjusted for TMJ relief to focus on jaw, face and neck tension.

Facials are not recommended for clients with a high-risk pregnancy, active cancer or congestive heart failure. The Mini Lymphatic Lift and Lymphatic Lift Extended may be booked during pregnancy with a doctor's approval, while the Face Lift 90 and Face Lift 120 are not recommended then. Clients who have had surgery on the face, neck or chest need written medical clearance before a facial. Microcurrent is skipped for pregnant clients or clients with diabetes on the Lymphatic Lift services, and on the Face Lift services extra massage and other modalities replace it for clients with diabetes.

Cancellations or changes need at least 3 days' notice to avoid charges; anything 2 days or less before the appointment incurs a 50% charge. No-shows also incur a 50% charge and can lead to ending the client relationship. Service refunds are not offered. Product returns must be made within one week of purchase and are issued as account credit. Children are not permitted during appointments, and arriving with one leads to rescheduling and a 50% charge. Buy Now, Pay Later financing through the booking platform is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Retail skincare comes from Skin Script RX, Face Reality and Circadia, which the business describes as pharmaceutical-grade and more potent than over-the-counter products. After the appointment, the esthetician reviews next steps, answers questions and helps set up a home routine if the client wants one. The business also sells online training: The Irresistible Facial Flow, a 10-minute facial massage flow with a step-by-step breakdown and lifetime access; The Lymphatic Lift, a facial massage and lymphatic drainage course at $397; and Buccal Define, a buccal massage course at $497 with lifetime access, which the course page values at $1,285 or more in modules and says needs no device or expensive consumables.

Each facial is customized from a start-of-visit conversation about the client's skin, concerns and lifestyle, with a non-invasive focus that avoids injectables.
