Happy Roots Esthetics works mainly in waxing and is set up in a suite at 84090 Avenue 50 in Coachella. The menu runs from small areas such as upper lip, chin, sideburns and an eyebrow clean-up, through face, underarm and bikini services, to larger areas such as full arms, full legs and full back.

The bikini and Brazilian services come in new-client and returning-client versions. A new-client Brazilian is $50 and takes about 35 minutes, and includes the butt strip; custom shaping can be requested at booking. The returning-client Brazilian is $65 for the same length of visit. The extended Brazilian covers inner thigh hair as well, and is $75 for either a new or returning client, at about 45 minutes. Bikini waxing is $30 for both client types and takes about 20 minutes.

Larger body areas are booked by time as well as price. A full back is $70 and about 50 minutes, a lower back is $35 and about 30 minutes, and a full stomach is $45 and about 30 minutes. Chest and stomach together is $75 and about 55 minutes. Full legs take about an hour and a half at $85, and include foot and toe hair. Half legs are offered in an upper section at $60 for about an hour, and a lower section at $45 for about 45 minutes, which also covers the feet and toes.
