The approach centers on personalized nail care and a warm welcome for every client. Visits range from a quick regular manicure to multi-step pedicures, and the menu covers nails, pedicures, children's services and removal or color changes.
For sets, the salon offers acrylic full sets and fills with no-chip finishes, dipping powder, several gel options including Gel X and builder gel, and ombré full sets in pink and white or custom colors. Custom nail art is available if inspiration photos are sent within 24 hours of booking.
The salon sends appointment confirmations the day before, by message or email. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and a client arriving more than 10 minutes late will have the appointment canceled, so letting the salon know in advance is helpful. If a client is dissatisfied with a service, it can be redone free of charge up to three days afterward. Acrylic, gel and dip powder sets carry a five-day guarantee that leaves out breakage, while regular polish is corrected at no cost within two days. Redos do not extend to design or color changes, and completed services are not refunded.
