Happy Nails by Han

Happy Nails by Han is named after its owner, Han Jewett, and operates from a single location on Pascoag Main Street. The menu covers basic and gel manicures, several pedicure levels, acrylic, gel builder and dip full sets with fills, and smaller services such as nail designs, tip extensions, nail repairs and soak-offs.

The pedicure menu is the most detailed part of the list. A basic pedicure includes a soak, nail cutting and shaping, cuticle trimming, buffing, an under-foot scrub, massage and a regular polish finish. The deluxe version adds a salt soak, sugar scrub, callus removal, paraffin wax, a mud mask and extra massage, and clients can choose from five scents: ocean refresh, lavender relieve, tangerine twist, jasmine soothe and detox time. A gel deluxe pedicure and a combined manicure and pedicure are also offered.

Acrylic full sets need bare nails, so clients who are wearing gel should plan for a soak-off first. Cancellations carry a fee of 30 percent, and clients are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible if they cannot keep an appointment so it can be rescheduled. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.
