Happiness Nails & Spa was established in 2009. It first operated in the AMC 20 / Best Buy plaza, next to Corner Bakery, and moved to its current space in late 2013. The Glendora suite was built out from an empty shell, and the salon was renovated in February 2024 with new spa chairs, furniture and tile.

The salon sits in the Glendora Promenade Plaza, next to the Auto Club AAA center and across from an Urgent Care. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm and closed on Sundays. It is also closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Clients can pay with cash, major credit cards, Venmo or Zelle.
The menu is organized into acrylic enhancements, a range of manicures and spa pedicures, a kids' menu, extra treatments such as paraffin, masque and massage, and a waxing list. The salon says its priority is guest comfort, and it describes itself as offering a full line of nail, skin and spa care. The waxing services listed online are the essentials only, and the full waxing menu is available in the salon.
Spa chairs and instruments are sterilized after every use. The salon offers many gel colors, each with a matching polish, for clients who want a wide choice of shades.
