Color work is the core of the menu. Face framing balayage starts at $175 and takes about three hours. Partial and full balayage are priced by hair density (fine, medium or thick). Partial balayage retouches start at $270, $290 or $300 and take about five hours, while full balayage starts at $330, $350 or $370 and takes five and a half to seven hours. Balayage services include lightener, root melt, toner and a blowout. Highlights are also offered: partial highlights at $200, partial highlight retouches from $200, and full highlights starting at $330 with two bowls of lightener and color toners.

Lightening services include bleachout retouches starting at $180, which are meant for regrowth of one inch or less; clients with longer regrowth should contact the salon before booking. Full bleach-outs are offered for men or short hair and for women, with pricing that varies and booking after a text or message to the salon. Global bleach-outs take four hours for men and five hours for women. Color correction also requires contacting the salon before booking and takes about seven hours.

Before a color service, clients can book an in-person consultation of about 30 minutes to ask questions. A strand test checks whether old box dye, dark color or previous color can be removed from a strand, and includes a full consultation over about an hour. Color remover takes 30 minutes and removes most hair color to prepare hair for a new shade.

New clients pay a $100 nonrefundable deposit to hold a partial balayage retouch or full balayage appointment, which goes toward the service. Full highlights and global bleach-outs carry a $100 deposit that also goes toward the service. Extra bowls of lightener for partial balayage retouches cost $15 per ounce.

Maintenance is part of the plan for lightened hair. A monthly deep conditioning treatment of one hour is recommended, and a customized glaze or toner with blowout, also one hour, is recommended every six to eight weeks to refresh toner. Haircuts include women's cuts with wash, cut and blowout in about 90 minutes and men's cuts in one hour. A shampoo with style takes 45 minutes.
