The color menu runs from hair tinsel and glosses through balayage, reverse balayage, lowlights and full foils to a full blonding transformation and color correction. The color correction price covers up to 4 hours of work; any additional time or product is charged at $50 per hour plus product cost, communicated during the appointment. Full bleach outs and balayage prices may vary for clients with greater hair density or length.

Extensions focus on beaded row installs, with initial installs and re-installs in mini row, 1 row, 2 row and 3 row sizes. Re-installs come in express, signature and deluxe or ultimate versions, and beaded rows are recommended for maintenance every 6 to 10 weeks. A non-refundable 50% deposit for the hair is required on extension orders, and hand-tied extension consultations are offered at no charge.

Hair loss and scalp care includes a hair loss consultation, which requires a completed form before booking, and red light therapy using an iRestore Professional 282 device. Red light therapy is sold as a bundle of 8 sessions of 25 minutes over 4 weeks, with 2 to 3 treatments per week recommended. A five-step scalp facial with scalp analysis, red light therapy and a detox system can be added with derma rolling for an extra $22; it cannot be combined with any chemical service.

New clients complete an intake form when booking. In-home appointments require a consultation first, and some services are not available at home. Staff travel to the client's home starts at $75. The business also has an online shop with 43 retail items, including Innersense, Schamps and Amika hair products.
