The color menu runs from Vivid Color, a semi-permanent option often used after a lightening service, to Base Color Touch Up for roots and gray coverage. Dimensional lightening is offered in fringe, partial and full versions, and each can be paired with a root color change or gray touch-up. All-over color, Gloss/Toner, Red Transformation for virgin or previously lightened hair, and the Platinum Card blonde transformation are also available. Color correction and custom color begin at $650, and the Platinum Card and color correction both require an in-person consultation before booking.

The salon is a Davines exclusive, so color, shampoo, treatments and styling products come from that line. Extensions are handled through a separate Extension Consultation booking. Clients are asked not to wash their hair on the day of a service that uses bleach at the scalp, and to avoid root touch-up sprays beforehand. Bringing photos for inspiration is encouraged. Reminders go out five days before an appointment, and cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale based on how close to the appointment the change is made.
