Ms. Shabanova is the author of the BioLifting Structure methodology, which she shares with beauty professionals through trainings, educational programs and publications. At the Florida studio, BioLifting Structure is not offered as a medical treatment. Services here stay within the scope of the Florida Registered Facial Specialist registration, so medical diagnosis, injectables and prescription procedures are not provided, and medical skin conditions are referred to a licensed physician.

Newcomers can book straight in, since there is no separate consultation to attend beforehand. The opening chat and a cosmetic check of the skin both happen during the visit itself. Facials are tailored on the spot to the condition of each person's skin, and the session looks at skin health, daily habits and what the person hopes to achieve. Once that's done, the salon builds a plan specific to them, including professional products, a routine to follow at home, and a timetable of treatments between appointments. Many people find a facial every three to six weeks works well, though the spacing is decided case by case.

Clients are asked to disclose sensitivities, allergies, medications and recent procedures before the appointment, and to mention recent treatments, retinoid or exfoliating products and recent sun exposure. Appointments can be made by phone or through the website contact form, and clients who need to reschedule are asked to give notice as early as possible. Makeup is optional at appointments. The studio is open Monday to Friday and on Saturday morning and afternoon, and is closed on Sundays.
