Every custom facial starts from an individual plan. Each session begins with a thorough cleanse, a gentle exfoliation, pore extraction and a close look at the skin. All custom facials include LDM and LED light therapy. Based on skin condition, the plan can also include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, nano-infusion or barrier-repair treatments.

The menu also includes set facials at several lengths. The Custom Express Facial is a 30-minute option for all skin types. Luxe Eternelle is a 90-minute facial with extra time for the face, neck, decollete and chest, or for additional extraction work. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine facial hair, then moves into cleansing, light extractions, LED and a modeling mask. Skin Infusion is a 90-minute microchannel treatment that delivers serums into the skin. iFill Ceuti-Shot is a 90-minute gentle microneedling treatment using dissolving hyaluronic acid microstructures and customized ampoules. Other options include a Bridal Luminaire facial for brides, with a suggested start six months before the wedding, an educational Little Lux facial for clients under 18, a deep-cleansing Skin Detox facial for ages 14 to 24 aimed at acne-prone skin, and a Back Facial with an optional chemical peel.

Hair removal is done with premium hard wax, with appointments from 20 minutes for brow, underarm and facial waxing to about 1 hour 15 minutes for a full Guyzilian wax. A Vajcial or Guycial upgrade adds High Frequency Therapy and a soothing jelly mask to a Brazilian or Guyzilian wax. Diode laser hair removal is offered for the bikini and underarm areas in 15-minute sessions.

Facial work is built around a skin analysis, with treatments adjusted to each client's skin condition.

The main location is a home-based spa setting.
