Loc work is the core of the menu. Services include Sisterlock establishment and maintenance, Microlock establishment and maintenance, a transfer service for microlocs installed by another stylist or method, and loc establishment, reconstruction, repairs and grid correction. Smaller loc services include loc sprinkles, which add crystal, metallic or gemstone accents, and loc manicuring. Curls and coils maintenance, a deep scalp and loc detox, and a shampoo and dry with hydrating steam therapy round out the care options.

Booking is handled through the salon's own site. Larger services such as Sisterlock establishment and K-Tip installs require a consultation first. Sisterlock establishment also requires a $600 deposit, and paperwork is signed at the consultation and again at the service. Consultations for Sisterlock establishment are arranged by email. Deposits for other large services run from $25 for reattachments and repairs up to $500 for K-Tip virgin installs. Maintenance pricing for Microlocs and Sisterlocks covers five hours of labor, with extra time billed at $25 per hour. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Cancellations need at least seven days' notice. A late cancellation or no-show incurs a 70 percent fee, and future appointments then require a new deposit. Business hours are Thursday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday through Wednesday.

The salon offers three monthly membership passes. The Green Pass is $99 a month and includes 10 percent off maintenance services and retail, priority booking and a birthday discount. The Bronze Pass is $199 a month with 15 percent off, one deep conditioning treatment and priority booking. The Gold Pass is $299 a month with 20 percent off, two deep conditioning treatments, priority booking and a free add-on.
