Visits cover hand and foot nail care, reflexology, wellness pedicures and Gel X. Foot nail care includes an aromatherapy soak, detailed cuticle prep, callus reduction, an organic sugar scrub and a reflexology massage. Hand nail care includes detailed cuticle prep and a brief massage, with a choice of bare nails or color. Reflexology foot massages work on pressure points in the hands and feet, which the salon says supports circulation and eases muscle tension.

The salon describes its gel and natural polishes as vegan, cruelty free, hypoallergenic, non-yellowing and free of toxic ingredients. Hand and foot products are Organic Certified, according to the salon. Wellness pedicures are waterless, use an electric file for prep, and rely on Gehwol and Footlogix lines for hydration.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:30am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and is closed Mondays. Sunday visits are by appointment only, booked at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations more than 24 hours before an appointment are rescheduled where possible, and shorter notice incurs an administration fee. Clients bringing gel or structured manicure products from another salon must book a removal first. Gift certificates can be bought online in $10, $20, $25, $50 or custom amounts.
