Manicures range from express and classic to deluxe, anti aging and luxury. Pedicures come in express, classic, deluxe and luxury versions, done in either traditional lacquer or gel polish. Enhancement options include structure or soak-off gel, Gel X soft gel extension tips, acrylic, dip powder and natural nail overlay.
The extras menu covers nail art, a nail strengthening treatment, ingrown toenail relief and toenail reconstruction. Nail art is an add-on and has to be booked along with a main service. Each nail artist has their own offerings listed on the booking site, which is the best place to see who offers what.
Pedicures are done in zero gravity chairs, and the studio has a private VIP room. The salon skips the traditional water soak for hands and feet, and says this waterless approach saves thousands of gallons of water each year. Clients with old polish or other products on their nails should mention it when booking so removal time can be planned.
Tools are washed, disinfected with an EPA-approved hospital-grade disinfectant, and then run through a steam autoclave. Files, buffers and other porous items are single-use and thrown away after each service. The salon says it does not use products containing known carcinogens, toxins or hormone disruptors.
Cancellations or service downgrades made within 12 hours of an appointment are charged in full, and those made within 24 hours are charged half of the scheduled services.
