Visits are by appointment. Bookings can be made online or by calling or texting, and the exact location is sent by text or phone once an appointment is confirmed. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and every other Monday 11am to 5pm, with extended hours available by arrangement. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Facials are arranged from a basic rejuvenation treatment for normal to combination skin through a corrective facial for troubled or mature skin, which adds a deep pore cleanse, C serum and extractions. The Grand Getaway combines a corrective facial with foot, hand, CBD shoulder and neck massage in a 90-minute visit. A refining peel, described as aimed at fine lines and wrinkles with little downtime, requires a corrective facial first and is also offered as a series of three at a lower per-session rate.
Nail services cover manicures, gel and nail extensions, and several pedicures. Spa pedicures can be given with peppermint or pomegranate aromatherapy, a CBD lavender version with an organic hemp cream, or a 90-minute hot stone pedicure with paraffin moisturizing. Add-ons include callus treatment, paraffin and CBD, and there are polish changes, nail repair and French manicure additions. Waxing and tinting cover brows, lashes, lip, chin and cheeks.
The spa presents itself as a place to relax and unwind in a quiet, at-home setting.
