Hand & Hollow Skincare is a massage-focused, holistic facial studio at 8383 Center Dr. Suite J in La Mesa. Meghan Magill founded the studio and works there as its owner and licensed esthetician.

The Sculpt + Lift is a 75-minute facial that pairs sculpting facial massage with TAMA Microcurrent. The Sculpt + Buccal, also 75 minutes, uses intraoral buccal massage, facial cupping, a custom mask and a gua sha scalp treatment. The Sculpt Refresh is a 60-minute facial at $195 that combines gentle exfoliation with either sculpting facial massage or TAMA Microcurrent. Microcurrent and LED tools are used in some treatments, and listed prices for first visits start at $195 for a 60-minute facial and $245 for a 75-minute facial.

Every facial includes aromatherapy and a scalp massage. First visits begin with an in-depth consultation covering skin needs, lifestyle and wellness goals. Pricing is all-inclusive and gratuity free, so tipping is not expected. The studio is open by appointment only: Tuesday and Friday 10:00 to 4:30, Wednesday 3:00 to 7:30, Thursday 1:00 to 7:30, with limited Saturday openings.

Sacred Skin Circle is a 12-month enrollment at $199 per year, limited to 30 clients, with no monthly contract. Members receive $20 off each facial during their term, 15% off retail products and $10 off select Elevated Rituals. Members can also extend preferred facial pricing to one guest booking per month and get priority booking. Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable, except the monthly guest benefit, and does not combine with other offers.

Booking requires a card on file and a 50% deposit. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes, no-shows and no-calls forfeit the deposit. Services and packages are non-refundable, though the amount paid can be applied to a different service or package at the owner's discretion. Refunds carry a 4% processing fee. Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates are redeemable at face value, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire one year after purchase unless stated otherwise. Children and multiple guests are not allowed during services, so guests should be arranged by calling ahead, and only registered service animals are permitted.
