The menu is organized into manicures and pedicures, combos, nail enhancements, add-ons, other services, and kids' services for children 12 and under. Manicures and pedicures come in regular, lush, and deluxe levels. Every manicure and pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care, and regular polish. Men's versions include a choice of clear topcoat or buff-shine. Massage is available for an additional cost.
Lush levels add a sugar scrub and hand massage to the manicure, and a serenity-style pedicure with massage and a hot towel is part of the pedicure lineup. The deluxe manicure and pedicure add paraffin wax or hot-stone treatments, and the deluxe pedicure also includes a foot mask and extra hot towels. Dip powder, sold as SNS or Next-Gen, is offered as a regular or deluxe manicure, and is described as sturdier than gel polish and lighter than acrylic with almost no odor.
For longer-lasting nails, the salon offers Gel-X, a pre-shaped full nail tip adhered with soft gel and available in short to medium lengths, and Builder Gel on natural nails. Gel-X cannot be filled; it is removed by soak-off and replaced with a new set each time, and typically lasts three to five weeks depending on hand use. Nail enhancements are removed by soak-off rather than being pulled off. Acrylic services are no longer offered.
Add-ons include gel polish, soak-off, Swarovski stones, length, callus treatment, and designs. Designs take extra time, so clients should mention them when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, guardian, or parent.
