A visit can begin with time in the steam room, which guests may use for up to 20 minutes before treatment according to a gallery video. Hammam treatments use a kessa glove for exfoliation, along with Moroccan black soap known as beldi, which is made from olive oil pulp and enriched with vitamin E. Argan oil and argan soap are used throughout, with argan lotion as a finishing step. Moroccan tea and snacks are served during visits, and Moroccan wine is available with some services, according to gallery posts.

The founder says the goal is to make hammam treatments more accessible than many spas, which she says charge upwards of $300 for a basic hammam. A one-hour Moroccan hammam full body treatment is listed at $149, and a 3-hour VIP package that combines a hammam, herbal and clay wrap, body purifying mask, argan oil, facial, foot treatment and hair treatment is listed at $499.
