The hair menu is wide, running from basic cuts, clipper and fade cuts, and kids' haircuts through blowouts, single-process color and glaze, foil highlights, perms, keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments, extension services and loc care. Brow and lash work includes brow tinting, brow lamination, a combined lamination and tint bundle, lash lifts, and a lash lift with tint.

Hair, extension and skin analysis consultations are offered at no charge. Many services take a deposit, from $10 to $75 depending on the service, and bookings are made through the business's Glossgenius page.

The salon asks clients to give advance notice of any change. Cancelling within 48 hours of a booking forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit must be paid before another appointment can be made. A cancellation also carries a charge of 50% of the booked service, billed to the card on file. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. When a late arrival can still be served, a $15 late fee applies. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the salon does not accommodate no-shows.
