The salon says it builds a custom look around each client's needs and values quality and convenience for clients who make self care a priority. Color work ranges from partial and full highlighting to root coverage, and every color service includes a blowout. Extensions are a major part of the menu, with Micro Hand Tied installs built by the row, Keratin Micro Bond units for fine hair or targeted fill-ins, and a Hybrid Method that combines the two. Complimentary extension consultations are offered with a certified stylist. A $500 deposit is required to book extension appointments and goes toward the final cost. Stylist prices run from junior to master level, and independent stylists set their own prices.

Bridal hair is a regular part of the business. The salon says it has worked with hundreds of brides in Tennessee and across the country, offers in-house trial runs, and welcomes wedding parties of any size. Salon Exclusive gives a couple exclusive use of the salon and is offered on Saturday weddings only. The team aims to return calls within 24 to 48 hours. The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM.
