The salon holds that great hair is not one-size-fits-all, so it aims to pair each client with a stylist whose approach suits their style. Stylists are independent contractors who set their own prices and offer different services, so the stylist you choose shapes both the menu and the cost. Prices shown online are starting points, and the final cost depends on the stylist and the service.

Appointments should be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, or a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged 75% of the service price. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, but the full service price is charged regardless, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled with full charge. Preferred contact is by phone call or email. The salon is open Monday 10 am to 5 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 5 pm, and closed Sunday.
