Appointments are cancelled automatically if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. If a client wants a style that will take longer than the booked time, they must reschedule unless a similar style is agreed within the appointment, otherwise it counts as a cancellation. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, or not showing up, carries a fee of 30% of the service price, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio also teaches braiding. Options include a one-on-one beginner class at $400 that includes a mannequin, stand and materials, a $650 one-on-one session on parting and timing for those with some experience, and a $700 session for experienced braiders on advanced feed-ins, stitch, boho and styling braids. A $100 self care session covers managing styles at home.
