Color is central to the menu. Blonding starts with a free custom blonde consultation, followed by a custom blonde session billed at 85 dollars per hour with a four-hour minimum, so the total varies. Larger transformations, thick or long hair and corrective color are priced after a consultation and usually take four hours or more. Current clients can book mini, maintenance or premier color sessions. Clients who have been in within the last 12 weeks can ask for a premier session to go lighter or get a traditional full foil, while clients away longer than 12 weeks are asked to book a premier session instead. Color services include a haircut or split end treatment.

Extensions and styling are also a major part of the work. An extension consultation, which takes about 15 minutes, is free and must come first before Invisible Bead Extensions are placed. Moving up existing extensions by one row starts at 150 dollars and by two rows at 300 dollars, and removal is 30 dollars. Blowouts include a signature version with extensions for 55 dollars, a luxe version with shampoo, scalp treatment, massage and styling for 65 dollars, and a luxe version with extensions for 75 dollars. Event styling is 165 dollars.

Other services include haircuts for children and adults, a Malibu treatment for mineral buildup, and a split end treatment. Sugaring and waxing cover most areas, from underarms and legs to full body, with separate pricing for new clients' Brazilian services. Custom spray tanning uses a solution that is vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free and sulfate-free.

A 50 dollar deposit and a valid card on file reserve an appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and later cancellations are charged a 50 percent fee. A no-show is charged the full booked service. A 15-minute late buffer is built into bookings, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be moved to a smaller service and charged a late fee. Refunds are not offered, but the studio will work with clients whose results do not meet expectations. Children are welcome only when receiving a service, and children under 12 may not accompany a client during a service.
