Anna trained at the Douglas J Aveda Institute and describes her facial work as intuitive. Her stated goal is to help each client feel comfortable in their own skin and leave feeling more confident. Appointments are kept to the booked time, so the studio asks clients to text on arrival and wait in their vehicle until the front door is opened; early arrivals wait until their appointment time. Children, family members and extra guests are not allowed at appointments.

New clients usually start with the New Client Facial, a 60-minute visit that includes a consultation, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a customized mask and take-home samples. Other facials include the Microdermabrasion Facial, a non-invasive exfoliation using a diamond tip or fine crystals that the site describes as suitable for most skin types with no downtime, and the OxygenRX Acne Facial. The Dermaplane Facial and Anti-Aging Facial are not offered to first-time clients and need pre-approval before booking. The site also lists an 85 Minute Facial, which it says many clients fall asleep during.

Booking requires agreeing to the studio's cancellation terms. Changes need at least 24 hours notice; later changes or cancellations are charged 60 percent of the booked service cost to the card on file, and clients arriving 10 or more minutes late may not be seen that day and the same fee applies. Missed appointments without a call are charged 90 percent. For a true emergency, all or part of the fee may be applied to future services. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday 2 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday 2 PM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

Anna describes her facial work as intuitive and aims for each treatment to suit the individual client.
