The color menu runs from a Mini Foil that brightens the areas around the face, to a Maintenance Foil that lightens the hairline and top, to a Lived-In Foil for dimensional blonde or brunette color with a soft grow-out, up to a Full Foil for maximum brightness and bold impact. Single-process options include an All Over shade for covering gray, going richer or darker, or refreshing color, a Retouch for blended gray coverage and touch-ups between visits, and a Gloss / Tone Refresh that adds shine and tone.

Extensions are a specialty. The studio offers hand-tied and K-tip extensions, and Haley works with keratin extensions as well. An Extension Consultation of 30 minutes or more covers hair goals, maintenance, pricing and color matching before any installation. Before a color appointment, a 30-minute Color Consultation lets clients talk through their hair history, ideas and goals.

Clients book through the GlossGenius page on the website. New clients pay a deposit that depends on the service: $50 for Full Foil, $25 for Maintenance Foil, and $15 for Mini Foil, All Over, Retouch and Gloss / Tone Refresh. Rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment requires a 50% deposit, cancellations within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service.

The studio is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Haley aims for hair that looks naturally beautiful and believes hair should help clients feel more confident.
