The studio is in Suite A on Maynardville Pike in Knoxville and is run under Haley Copeland's name. It is open Tuesdays from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursdays from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, and Fridays from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute mini facial to a 90-minute deluxe facial with hot stone massage and an under-eye treatment. Facials use herbal-based products, including antioxidant-rich serums, moisturizers and facial oils. Standard facials combine a double herbal cleanse, enzyme exfoliation and a mask, with massage added in the longer versions. Back facials are offered on their own or as an add-on to a facial.

For oxygen facials, the mini version adds oxfoliation, smoothing ultrasound and radio frequency. The essential version adds a mask, eye serum and lip moisturizer, and the deluxe version adds dermaplaning and an LED mask. The chemical peel uses 30% organic lactic acid with pumpkin enzymes and pomegranate extract, and is listed for breakouts, dehydration, lines and wrinkles, and sun damage. Microneedling uses collagen induction therapy and is offered for the face or the face and neck, with a deposit for new clients.

Lash services include full extension sets in four styles, fills at one and two to three weeks, lash lifts and tints, and extension removal. Brow services cover waxing, tinting, lamination and a combined lamination, wax and tint. Makeup is available in the studio or outside it within a 20-mile radius.

Some services require a deposit at booking, and a 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page, and clients can send questions through the contact page.

Facials are built on herbal-based formulas, with exfoliation, masks and massage combined in most services.
