Color and lightening make up much of the menu. Options include partial and full balayage, reverse balayage, babylights, partial and full highlights, mini highlights, bleach retouch, bleach-out, all-over color, shadow root blending, a Qiqi treatment and color removal. Several prices are starting points, with longer appointments for the more involved work; a full balayage is listed at $185 and about 210 minutes, while a bleach-out starts at $200.

Cutting and styling services include a dry cut, a kids cut for children under 9, a wash and style, a cut and styling package, and styling for special events such as weddings, proms and formal gatherings. Olaplex and K18 masks are offered as quick add-ons, from $25 and $30 respectively.

A 15-minute consultation is available at no charge as a separate appointment. It is a chance to talk through the look you want and get recommendations before booking the service. The portfolio includes beaded weft and tape-in extension work.

Booking an appointment means agreeing to the studio's cancellation and late policies. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation is charged 25% of the original service price and a no-show 50%. Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late need to reschedule for a later time, and after two missed appointments, new bookings for that client are no longer accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
