The office is a modern, private suite at 9735 Wilshire Boulevard in the Beverly Hills Triangle Medical Plaza, with two exam rooms and one local procedure room. Valet parking is available in the building, and metered street parking is available on Santa Monica Boulevard. Surgeries take place in accredited operating rooms in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

To start, prospective patients can call or text the office or send a request through the online form. The request asks for three clear photos taken in natural light, and a patient coordinator follows up within one business day. Dr. Hakimi reviews the completed forms and photos before a video call to talk through goals. Consultations can be in person or virtual.

For awake liposuction, most out-of-town patients stay five to seven days in total, and patients may fly home after initial recovery and follow-up appointments once the surgeon gives travel clearance.
