Knotless braids are priced by size and length, from medium and large down to small and extra small, with lengths ranging from mid-back to knee. Estimated appointment times run from about two hours for a jumbo mid-back set to about sixteen hours for an extra small knee-length set.
The setting is described as welcoming and upscale. Clients need to come to appointments alone, children are only allowed when they are being serviced, and pets are not permitted. A deposit of 15% of the service cost secures a booking and is deducted from the final total, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice carry a fee.
