The salon's services fall into four groups: haircuts, haircolor, barbering and a short list of add-ons. Haircuts range from a senior cut with clippers and a straight razor finish to a scissor-only precision cut and a shampoo, cut and blowdry style. Haircolor covers all-over color, color touch-ups for regrowth, several highlight options from starter foils to full highlights with toner, and semi-permanent grey blending for men. Barbering includes beard trimming and shaping, a classic straight razor shave with hot lather and hot towels, and a combined haircut and beard service.

Appointments can be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice carry a fee: 50% of the service for haircut and barbering appointments, or $75 for haircolor appointments. Appointments can be rescheduled at least 12 hours ahead without a fee, and one reschedule is allowed per appointment. A no-show is treated as a cancellation. Gift cards are sold in $30, $55, $100 and $155 amounts or in a custom amount.
