Locs range from starter coils, soft and goddess locs to invisible locs, retwists, detox treatments and comb-outs; a comb-out removes locs by unraveling them rather than cutting. Twists, sew-ins, quick weaves, tape-ins, lace frontal installs and wig services are also offered. Silk presses use a Dominican method, and color services include a shampoo, dry, deep conditioner and trim. Children's styles are offered for children 15 years old or under.

Booking is structured around deposits, which run from $5 to $100 depending on the service. A late fee of $15 applies, and a 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment; that fee is charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking another visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the Services page. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday and Sunday.
