The menu is organized around many hair types and styles, from relaxer and natural hair services to quick weaves, sew-ins, crochet installations and braid maintenance. Clients can also book color, from demi color and single process to half-head and full-head highlights. Color and highlighting services begin with a consultation, and the consultation includes a patch strand and porosity test 48 hours before the color appointment. Highlights are not offered on Saturdays.

Booking is done through the online booking page. The suite is open Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Monday through Wednesday and on Sunday. A 20% cancellation fee applies. Gift cards come in set amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200 or a custom amount, can be sent right away or on a chosen date, and can include a personal message. Gift card sales are final.
