The salon says it holds Titanium Level Salon status and ranks among the best Google-rated salons on Long Island. Its color services are performed by a team that includes Goldwell Master Colorists.

A first visit begins with a full consultation with a stylist. Clients who want to talk through their hair goals before booking can request a complimentary virtual consultation with a salon expert; the meeting link is sent by text and email within 24 hours of the appointment. Bridal parties can book bridal hair services along with full makeup application.

Appointments can be booked through the online booking system, the Hairsay mobile app, or by phone, email or text. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; a 50% deposit applies to specialty services such as straightening, bridal and extensions. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Prices vary by artist and location, and prices agreed after a consultation are final and exclude gratuity. A 4% administrative fee is included in invoices and is discounted for non-card payments. Gratuity is optional, cannot be added on a credit card, and cash or Venmo is preferred for artists and assistants.

Hours are Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM; the salon is closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients who want a service adjustment should tell management within 14 days of the appointment. Products can be returned or exchanged only if they arrived damaged or the client has an allergic reaction. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. Children are welcome with an appointment and must be accompanied by an adult, and only registered service animals are allowed in the salon during business hours.
