A free color consultation is offered, and root fill touch-ups are recommended every four to six weeks, since permanent color lasts about two weeks.

Coloring packages that pair color with a haircut and blow out cost 8 to 20 percent less than booking the services separately. Perms and Brazilian straightening start at $85 and $175, and a haircut and blow out are charged on top of either.

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is only guaranteed by appointment. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service. Later cancellations may be charged 50 to 100 percent of the service cost, paid before rebooking. Hours follow the stylists' schedules, so the salon may close at times within its posted hours.
