New clients meet the stylist and choose a service from the New Client Menu before booking. After booking, they receive a welcome email with an intake form that needs to be completed within 24 hours, or the appointment may be cancelled. Before each appointment, clients fill out a questionnaire so the service can be tailored. Haircuts, treatments and style services include a consultation, a shampoo, a blow-dry and a style. At the end of each visit, the stylist recommends products, suggests how often to come back, and checks in afterward.
The salon carries Innersense Organic Beauty, which the salon describes as clean and made with naturally derived ingredients, along with Davines haircare, including shampoos, conditioners, styling products and treatments.
