Hairoics Collective describes itself as a personalized hair and scalp care business for women. It holds that healthy hair starts at the root, so each visit considers the hair, scalp, texture and individual needs of the client rather than only the finished style.

The Silk Experience is a personalized silk press that starts at $75 and runs 120 minutes or more. It includes shampoo and conditioning, a bonding treatment when needed, a trim and precision heat styling. A haircut or trim, thermal styling and curl definition can be added to a main service.

The Scalp and Hair Consultation In-Salon is a 25-minute, $30 visit in which the scalp and follicles are examined with a trichoscopy microscope. No treatment is performed during the consultation. Clients leave with a personalized care plan and product recommendations.

The Collective Head Spa Experience is a 45-minute session of scalp cleansing, hydration and relaxation with a neck massage, priced at $40. That rate is a limited model rate for the first 20 guests. Bookings are handled by email, and a private booking link is sent once eligibility is confirmed. Model guests agree to sign a waiver and an image and video consent form, since photos or videos may be used for educational and promotional content, and they are asked to give honest feedback and leave a Google review. Haircuts, trims and hot styling are not part of the model experience and can be requested as add-ons by email. Guests with open lesions, sores or contagious scalp conditions should wait until the condition has resolved.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, or a 30% no-show fee applies.
