Appointments are one person per time slot, so each guest needs a booking of their own. Clients should select every service they need when booking, since services that are not booked cannot be done during the visit. Changes to a booked service are made by calling or texting the salon, depending on availability. When booking for someone other than a child, the booking note should include that person's name.

Arriving more than 20 minutes late cancels the appointment and brings a missed-appointment fee equal to the service price. Three back-to-back missed appointments end a standing appointment, after which the client must book through the website. Clients are asked to limit phone and device use while seated in the chair, and should not book more than one appointment in the same week; the salon may cancel all of that week's appointments if this happens.

Hair longer than shoulder length adds $15 to the service price. Traditional sew-ins require a $50 deposit taken by phone, which is applied to the service, and clients can cancel within 48 hours for a refund. Online checkout is handled through Square. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, with Saturday hours as well, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
